1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license to LeadMap ("the Software", "LeadMap Pro"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. License Grant & Multi-Device Policy

• Single Lifetime Purchase: Purchasing a LeadMap Pro license gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LeadMap with unlimited lead exports.
• Device Activations: Each individual license key authorizes activation on up to two (2) personal computing devices (such as your desktop workstation and laptop) belonging to the purchasing user.
• No Reselling or Sharing: Sharing, sublicensing, publishing, or reselling your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent key revocation.

3. Responsible Prospecting & Fair Use

LeadMap extracts publicly displayed commercial contact details from Google Maps for business-to-business prospecting. You agree to use the extracted contact details in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

• The United States CAN-SPAM Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ePrivacy Directive.
• Local anti-spam and telemarketing regulations in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Software for abusive scraping, denial-of-service, or harassment.

5. Software Delivery & Upgrades

LeadMap is distributed via the Google Chrome Web Store. Lifetime Pro access includes all minor and major updates, new feature releases, and Google Maps DOM selector maintenance at zero additional cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadMap and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
